UP TO $5,000 FOR NON-PROFITS

Non-profit organizations face tough situations managing their shrinking budgets and overworked work force- mostly volunteers, part time workers and a handful of full time employee. In support of its endeavour to make information technologies accessible to non-profit organizations in Canada, visionTech4u is pleased to announce a new initiative- ‘Vision for Change’. The essence of this program is to partly fund these organizations for key IT and web projects that will maximize their productivity.

As part of the initiative, visionTech4u will fund 25% of the total project cost, up to a maximum of $5,000 per organization to develop optimized web based applications that will provide a unified solution to their needs of online presence for efficient mass communication, a centralized database for “no-hassle”data management and other organizational activities.

What inspired us?

We are closely associated with non-profit organizations catering them affordable IT support and consultancy. Lack of simplified and efficient IT solutions consumes a significant fraction of their resources- funds, time and work force – to manage routine tasks, which can be greatly benefited by a structured IT upgrade. The financial tag associated with such projects and relevant professional help are often the hindrances, though, lack of exposure to affordable technology has its own share in this. Through this initiative, we hope to reach such organizations and help them in their missions to serve our community. It would also help us share our expertise with the community.
